Posing
As an IFBB Pro and someone who has spent years competing at the highest level, I know firsthand how critical posing is to your success on stage. If you live in Ottawa, nothing beats one on one studio sessions. I also offer online coaching and have had many success stories through that mean. Either way, I will ensure that you feel confident and present your hard work with poise.
MEET YOUR TRAINER
I’m a passionate fitness enthusiast dedicated to helping women achieve their health and fitness goals, from improving nutrition, transforming body composition and building strength, confidence and energy.

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, my journey goes beyond competition, as I’m committed to continuous learning. I’ve worked with top Canadian coaches, earned my PN Level 1 certification, and continuously expand my knowledge, with a particular focus on women’s health and menopause. At 55, I’m focused on empowering women to become their healthiest, strongest selves at every stage of life.
