Posing

As an IFBB Pro and someone who has spent years competing at the highest level, I know firsthand how critical posing is to your success on stage.  If you live in Ottawa, nothing beats one on one studio sessions.  I also offer online coaching and have had many success stories through that mean. Either way, I will ensure that you feel confident and present your hard work with poise.

MEET YOUR TRAINER

I’m a passionate fitness enthusiast dedicated to helping women achieve their health and fitness goals, from improving nutrition, transforming body composition and building strength, confidence and energy.

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, my journey goes beyond competition, as I’m committed to continuous learning. I’ve worked with top Canadian coaches, earned my PN Level 1 certification, and continuously expand my knowledge, with a particular focus on women’s health and menopause. At 55, I’m focused on empowering women to become their healthiest, strongest selves at every stage of life.

I was referred to Nat by a good friend who had worked with her before and couldn’t say enough amazing things. I was specifically looking for a coach to help me with my posing in preparation for my first show, and Nat turned out to be exactly who I needed.

We held our posing sessions at her home, and I’ll admit, I was incredibly nervous at first. I was shy, stiff, and could barely walk without feeling like a robot. But with Nat’s guidance, patience, and expertise, I saw incredible progress. Over the course of three months, meeting once a week, she transformed my confidence and stage presence. By the time show day arrived, I felt fully prepared—and the results proved it. I placed in all the categories I entered, achieved a top three overall placement, and even qualified for nationals!

What stood out to me most was that Nat didn’t just help me prepare—she was there for me on the day of the show, even from 500 km away. She asked for pictures and videos throughout the day, providing feedback and guidance in real time. Knowing she was still supporting me made a world of difference in keeping me calm and focused.
There’s no doubt in my mind that without Nat’s help, my stage presence wouldn’t have been nearly as strong. She is not only highly skilled in movement and posing but also exceptional at explaining why these details are so critical in the sport.
